HOW TO REQUEST A WELCOME HOME PACKAGE

 

Step 1:  REGISTER   (for the first time users of our program)

If you are a non-profit service organization, please register with the Welcome Home Project using the online portal below. There is a non-refundable, one-time only registration fee of $25 per agency. Proof of nonprofit status is required (EIN, IRS letter).

Step 2: REQUEST ITEMS

If you are already registered with the Welcome Home Project, please request specific items for your clients by clicking the button below. Each household requires a separate request form. Requests will be honored in the order that they are received from all agencies.

 

Step 3: PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE

We will contact you to schedule a pick-up of the Welcome Home Package for the client. Only your agency’s representative can pick up packages.
