offer three types of rooms for our residents. In addition,
we also have a guest room available for residents who have
visitors. Base apartment includes all amenities.

- Effiency
Room - The Efficiency Room has a private bath and living
room/bedroom open concept. There is no kitchenette.

- One Bedroom Apartment - The one bedroom apartment has a private
bath, one bedroom, a kitchenette, and living room.
- $3,150 per
month (Additional person $300 per month)

- Two Bedroom Apartment - The two bedroom apartment has a private
bath, two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and living room.
- $3,575 per month (Additional person $300 per month)

- Guest Room - We also have a guest room for those visiting
residents.
